To be specific, the siding is not secured properly and can cause damage to my property if comes off. the structure is a horrible eyesore, with the open windows, some boarded up haphazardly. I have small children living next door, the mold spoors, animals, insects come and go. Please continue to be diligent with the owner of 197 Laurel Avenue, thank you for your time. A concerned tax paying citizen.
