Than you Town of Kearny for making the owner of 197 Laurel Avenue mow their lawn. I was pleased that this was done. I want you to also address the condition of the structure. I have had many expenses to my property because this house has been neglected for such a long time. As clearly stated in our Towns maintenance code book, this structure is violated many other points as well. To be specific, the siding is not secured properly and can cause damage to my property if comes off. the structure is a horrible eyesore, with the open windows, some boarded up haphazardly. I have small children living next door, the mold spoors, animals, insects come and go. Please continue to be diligent with the owner of 197 Laurel Avenue, thank you for your time. A concerned tax paying citizen.
