Description

It is my understanding that ROSA on this vehicle should have expired on 9/11/14. This vehicle has been reported 6 times previously-- the first report in November of 2013 request # 13-00265403 subsequent requests are 14-00118432, 14-00200520, 14-00200570, 14-00216808, 14-00220443, Why is this car allow lees to continue to park without registering?
