This is getting to be a real problem with the typical response from our non existent city Animal Control Dept. You make a complaint and you get nothing! If this city had a decent City Council or decent employees rather than the "what do you expect from us" response it may return to a "Quiet, Peaceful" place to live again rather than a city with a "Not My Job" or "When We Feel Like Getting Around to That Particular Problem"! Don't give up, bug the @#$% out of them and something might happen. They rely on you giving up or send another department to get on your case to shut you up.
