Yeah, call the NHPD. They know which street gang "owns" Edgewood Park. The bandana-face-garb makes it quite apparent that this is a gang member. (Let's see how long it takes SCF to censor this post, as they did one of my reports regarding prostitution in Beaver Hill. They can't have the Yale freshman knowing about all of the SEEDY that is New Haven, CT.)

BTW bandanna-face-garb does not necessarily equate with gang member. It could just as well be some idiot who has played too many video games and sees himself as a bandito. New Haven is a great place to live. I live right near Edgewood Park and do not find it SEEDY at all.
