The people in this house do not use city trash bags, use a blue billy, or have a private garbage company they use. They just pile their trash in the porch in back of their house. The porch is not enclosed so you can see the trash from Stafford Rd, not from Jolly Rd. It looks like they have house furniture out there that should have been thrown away months ago. Who know what kind of disease carrying animals get into their trash, and then it gets carried elsewhere. As they have company all the time drinking alchohol and smoking marijuana. The fun does not stop long enough for them to clean up once in a while.
