i was having work down on my computer at pc outlet on 5525 i was supposed to pick it up saturday the place was closed i also went on tuesday and it was also closed but the open light was on could someone check this out and see if there is a problem or not

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.your best course of action would be to contact the Michigan Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau at (517) 335-3571. Our office has tried to contact PC Outlet, but there was no answer. We will continue to try and contact PC Outlet and we will let you know if we get in contact with them.
