Yes. It is very frustrating. It is a tech cooperative called 20Mission. The loud late night ragers (going until 2-4am!) have been going on for at least two years or so. I am all for having a good time, but after 11pm the sound levels need to be adjusted to indoor/appropriate levels. (and that is being generous. I believe the law states 10pm).
Best course of action is to call Mission Non Emergency Dispatch. Give them the exact address of 20 Mission. SFPD will eventually come out but call as soon as you hear music, as it is considered very low priority and will take them hours to come out.
