follow up to Complaint ID 201447361
This is the "youth hostel" at 20th and Mission Streets. Every few weeks, they have live concerts on the roof that can be heard from several blocks away - they go until 3am. It's outrageous. I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do. This group seemingly does whatever they want and the city allows them to get away with it.
Please offer any helpful input.

Best course of action is to call Mission Non Emergency Dispatch. Give them the exact address of 20 Mission. SFPD will eventually come out but call as soon as you hear music, as it is considered very low priority and will take them hours to come out.
