Thank you for contacting the City of Huntsville. The Traffic Engineering Division received a request to study Barcody Rd SE to determine if the street would qualify for traffic calming. Multiple locations were chosen to determine the volume and speed of traffic at different points on the street where the problems were observed to occur.

I hope that the neighborhood gets a opinion on that. I hate those things. Spend your money elsewhere.
