My first request was ignored, so here we go again. The remaining fork of a large tree in my yard is near death and posing a threat to the power lines located approximately 12 feet away. One fork of the tree was removed by the city several years ago and now the remaining part of the tree has died. Since the city already addressed half the issue and hastened the demise of the second fork. I request you finish the job you started.
