    My first request was ignored, so here we go again. The remaining fork of a large tree in my yard is near death and posing a threat to the power lines located approximately 12 feet away. One fork of the tree was removed by the city several years ago and now the remaining part of the tree has died. Since the city already addressed half the issue and hastened the demise of the second fork. I request you finish the job you started.

    For the third consecutive Monday, my house has been skipped for curb side debris collection. I watched the debris truck, only 1/4 full at the time, pick up on Barcody a mere 100 yards moving down the hill toward Drake. My next-door neighbor was also skipped today. The debris will continue
    piling up. Next step is to call my city council person to file a formal complaint and request a refund for the fee I pay for collection. FYI, the trash container truck had no issue and picked up with no problem.

    A dead tree located on Brairwood, near the intersection of Brairwood and Barcody is dropping limbs and is within 10 feet electrical lines. It is located on the Brairwood side of the house located at 2717 Barcody but is on the property of the adjacent Brairwood house.

    At 2721 Barcody Rd SE a dying tree of considerable size is a direct threat to overhead power and communications lines. This tree had two forks, the city removed one of the forks a couple of years ago. The other fork is now dead. Please complete the removal.

    After multiple pick-ups, the trash collection vehicle has dug two large areas of my yard up with the scooper. I have two options, put the trash (limbs, leaves, etc) on the edge of my yard or in the street for pickup. I thought the edge of yard was safer for traffic but my mistake, the scooper truck took grass and trash.

    Once again, Barcody is forgotten. Our trash and recycling was not picked up this week (2- 5 Jan).Need a pick-up or a week refund for what we pay the city for this service.
