Same car parked there this morning. Audi with Montana license plates. Parked right under the sign that says "Tow Zone No Standing 7 am to 9am". I'm tempted to leave a note on the car asking them if they can read, but then they may not be able to read the note either. :-)

Well one car got a ticket, but having the police block the lane in addition to the car doesn't seem to help if they don't tow it.

It's a step in the right direction. If it's the car that's been there for the past few days, maybe they'll take the hint.

Watched a young woman, maybe a student, park her car right under the sign that says no parking from 7-9. Corner of Trumbull and Prospect. Put money in the meter and walk away. Too bad that don't teach students to read at this prestigious university. :-)

Good news is that there are less instances of cars parking in the travel lane. Bad news is that some motorists continue to turn right from the left-hand lane and it seems that many people still don't understand that it's two lanes down to Prospect. Hopefully, more people will start to use both travel lanes appropriately. I still think it's a great idea to help alleviate some of the congestion during the peak travel times in the morning.

This was reported back in August - too little too late -typical New Haven - I would have better luck getting a tree stump inspected and acknowledged.
