    Kudos to the city of New Haven for instituting two traffic lanes inbound on Trumbull Street. Unfortunately they're failing in enforcement of the parking ban that allows for two lane traffic. For three mornings in a row, an Audi has been parked in the no standing zone and cars have been forced to stay in one lane. How about putting some teeth into the parking restriction and towing this car away. Maybe the owner would then take the time to read the signs.

    Trumbull Street is a major road for commuters coming into New Haven. It is supposed to be four lanes, but is now down to two lanes. Traffic backs up at rush hour blocking the intersection at Whitney Avenue tying up traffic on Whitney down to Grove.
