This area is very used by people walking, with bicycles, strollers and so on.... If you want to keep on walking towards Flamingo you have to use the sidewalk but the people leaving at this location make it impossible, They park 3-4 cars outside their garage and use a fence to protect the grass, so there is literally no space left to go through. People are forced to use the very busy Taft street just to get through there....
