There was a code officer out yesterday, next door, and I pointed out the garbage. She said it was assigned to someone else and left.

Was that Code Officer Nazario or Code Officer Spotts that you spoke with?

Didn't get her name, just remember young female.

The garbage bin is now overflowing with garbage.......

This issue was given to Code Officer Alexii Nazario & she did go out on Feb. 19, 2016, which was trash pick-up day for the neighborhood. Code Ofc Nazario will be going back out today, Feb. 22, 2016, to reinspect for the garbage bin(s) left out on a non-pick-up day. Thank you!

Apparently nobody came out because a week later and the bins are still out.

Code Officer Alexii Nazario was out on Feb. 23, 2016, & issued Correction Notice #81948, with a reinspection date of March 1, 2016, set. Should this violation continue to exist, Code Officer Nazario will issue a Notice of Violation & then a date will be set for this case to go before the Magistrate, where daily fines may be levied & a possible lien placed against the property.
