I reported un even sidewalks a few days ago and the city sent a crew who did a shoddy job of grinding out the uneven sidewalk. It is no more safe now than it was before. It is how however a little smoother. Also, I reported that most of the sidewalks inside the neighborhood need repair, to which the city failed to respond. Typical for Pembroke Pines. Why do I pay taqxes?

I tried to report a dead cat in the street on Thursday 2/11,2016, but it was a few minutes after 4:00 PM and all the workers had already left for their four day weekends. The telephone person was no help, in fact she tired to claim it was the responsibility of the homeowner living at that address. The street is the responsibility of the city and the people responsible for dead animal removal need to get out here and remove it before it begins to rot. Unfortunately, Broward Animal control is not responsible for dead animal removal inside Pembroke Pines, so we are stuck with the shoddy service of our lackadaisical city government.

The sidewalk in front of my house at 1951 NW 104th AVE has been uneven for years, and nothing has been done.

In fact, there are sidewalk problems all along NW 104th AVE, NW 22, St, NW 107th AVE, and NW 18th PL, as well as the streets within those boundaries. People are walking and jogging in the street rather than the sidewalks because of the tripping hazards, especially at night. Someone from the city needs to come out and check all the sidewalks in the neighborhood ringed by the four streets I listed listed.

I've attached a map showing the boundaries of the area where there are numerous sidewalk problems. This neglect is creating possible lawsuit dangers for the city.

The AT&T cable installers dug up my expensive Palmetto variety of St. Augustine grass (shade tolerant) when they installed their cable. They replaced it with some cheap weed infested grass that dried up and died within three days, even though I watered it. I want them to come back and, at the very least, install grass that is not weed infested and will live for more than three days.
