There are several bags of debris that have been dumped in the rear of this property, in front of the garage, on the side of the garage, and in the rear yard. There was a massive cleanup at the property across the street at 154 Frank Street ... it may be possible that some of this debris came from there. The garage also needs to be secured. People were seen going in an out, they may be 'living' there. LCI and POLICE TAKE NOTICE.
