Deskripsyon

The resident(s) in this location work in the industry of garbage pickup and cardboard box recycling. In front of this residence there is repeatedly and consistently at least one pick up truck loaded with white garbage bags and another with piled up and broken up cardboard boxes. They may be gone a few hours during the day but they always return with their garbage. They have been contacted by Code Enforcement before to no avail.

Code enforcement has been to the location on previous reports and has continued to monitor the location. In the past the debris items have been bagged, stacked and then removed. I have not been able to prove they are operating a business over a hobby. The property is being minimally maintained. Please contact me if you have information that can prove otherwise. Thanks.

Yes, the debris is bagged and/or stacked and it comes and leaves that way on almost a daily basis. Whoever drives the pickup trucks is likely in the business of recycling garbage and chooses to park his work vehicles loaded with bagged and/or stacked debris overnight and sometimes over a longer stay. I drive by every day as it is a through-street and can take and send you photos and videos on a daily basis if that would help.

The main concept is that the items are not being stored for periods of time at the site. They have been good about not accumulating the debris. I have not been able to prove a business. Until I can do so, they can operate as a hobbyist/recycler. Annoying but it is a loop hole. Feel free to call me to discuss this - 943-5863. Thanks.
