On a weekly basis trash can left in the street for days after trash pickup and when they are taken off the street they are parked in the front yard. This is not a place for your trash cans. PLEASE tell this property owner to put the trash cans out of sight like everyone else!!!

Also yard waste pile near the curb for months has turned black and smells of rotten debris.
