This car has been reported several times over the past couple of months and each time it is investigated no violation is found. The car has been parked there for decades and it still runs. Maybe time to just accept it?

Why is this resident receiving preferential treatment? The car is clearly blocking the sidewalk and should be ticketed accordingly. Perhaps the issue should be raised with the ANC or council member.
