The signal sensor at the top of Edwards hill, where it intersects with prospect, is not sensitive enough to pick up smaller cars. I've several times been caught in a row of small cars that failed trip the signal and it took 5+ minutes for our signal to turn. Often following illegal rights on red to allow bigger vehicles to get to the head of the line.
