The condo residents put out their trash Sunday nights without using any trash cans. The bags break and the trash litters the street and sidewalks on a regular basis. I have even found a pane of broken glass in one of the tree planters. How do these people get away with not having a dumpster or at least using trash cans for weekly pickup? Why is it okay for them to NOT dispose of their trash properly? Other residents of this complex use the dumpster of my building, even though they are not paying for it. These condo residents need a better trash system. It is disgusting and unfair to the other residents of Wooster Street. I am constantly picking up their litter.

I agree with Fed up. Every week it's an eyesore looking at that pile of trash, and there's usually some left behind after the pickup. Can't they use trash cans like everyone else?
