Description

bdg 237/mm: it's 8 pm and the car is parked in the Taft Recreation Center behind the 3700 block of 18th street ne. This is a continual issue that has been brought up multiple times with the exact time referenced. Please keep the vehicles out of the park bdg 237/mm.
