Description

Those of us who need financial support or housing support will not receive it because they do not have kids living with them. They pay top dollar in taxes only to have their city turn its back on them when they need the city the most. It is wholly unjust and unfair to penalize citizens for not having any children living with them. My puppy and I would still have a home if the city would have helped us.
