Description

There have been previous reports of people leaving dog poop on the front sidewalk wall of this yard. It keeps happening here at the same address, so I actually think it is just the residents (not random dog walkers) that are leaving the poop here for all the world to enjoy. Could you please talk to the residents and ask them to stop. I know it's their house, but there are sanitation laws.
