Opis

The fire hydrant in front of the pump hose was dismantled in Morris Cove on Dean while DPW was digging something up over by the airport. I would assume this puts those families around that area at risk. The pic shows when they were running a hose off it into the Creek, but the hose is gone and the cap is not back on the hydrant. Makes me think it is not working.
