说明
This bush is reported every year. It grows over the stop sign and out into the street. It's a safety hazard. No other obstruction is allowed in the sidewalk areas like this tree. It was reported to the city, they said they could not cut it down and move the apartment owner's big mound of dirt because it is not a tree. The condo association said they could to touch it because it's city property. Somebody needs to take it down and clean up that mound of dirt.
