Description

The traffic lighting sequences have been off for the last couple of months--what used to be easy driving down boulevard from roughly Kensington Ave to Moore Street now the lights turn every block that a few cars make it through a light before getting stopped at an additional red light. It has caused big backups where cars are getting caught in the middle of intersections and doubled commute times. This has been an issue mostly in the evening rush hour times but are becoming a problem for morning commutes as well.
