Called this week to obtain Bulk pick up schedule. I was advised first and third Thursday of each month. Bulk Pick up was not made Thursday, June 19, 2014 in the Malibu Bay Community. Unable to follow up via telephone today as the customer service dept is closed on Fridays. Please advise. Thanks
