Description

I have been dealing with this sidewalk issue for over a year now. HOA states that it is not their responsibility to fix it. It is very unsafe and it's only a matter of time before something tragic happens. I have an 80-year-old father who is in a wheelchair and can't get out of the house due to the sidewalk being uneven.
