Descripción

The traffic coming off of Rhode Island AVe NW onto Seaton Place NW moves at alarmingly high rate of speed sometime, especially at the corner of where these roads and 2nd Street NW meet. I've been shocked at how quickly the cars move sometime and wonder if speed tables would help.
