It amazes me that over the many years that this property has been a problem, the City of Albany has had little ability to solve the problem. I have owned a property that backs up to this one and it just gets worse but never better. Mr. Richardson always wins, neighbors always loose.

That tarp has been like that for well over a year. Seriously what needs to happen to make the landlord actually fix it?

Not only is it an eyesore, but the tarp has shredded and has littered several properties and the street with plastic.

This house has been in a terrible state of disrepair for years. Now the owner has left a tarp up to cover HOLES in the roof. Now that the tarp is a shredded mess it's anyone's guess the state of the interior of this eyesore. My home is also behind this "home". Why is this homeowner allowed to continue with absolutely NO consequences? We have called several times to report this property. The city needs to act NOW.

This house has been always a mess since I was ten, or at least that was when I first noticed it. I am now 14 and the house has a tattered blue tarp over the roof and it is a HUGE EYESORE. This house must be dealt with ASAP.

865 Myrtle ave was cited for multiple violations and will be brought into court August 20th 2014
