Address is 453 Washington Ave. The app kept changing it. Graffiti on the side of red building facing North Lake Ave. The building is on the corner of Washington and North Lake.

I saw this DGS employee driving down the street right in front of the street cleaner machine with this truck. He did not have his cover over his payload. The street cleaner was dumping this debris into his truck. This employee then drove off and all the leaves were flying right out of his truck back into the street! He was also talking on his phone while driving. He turned down Benson Street and parked right in front of his house. He lives on Benson Street. Why are we paying him to get the streets dirty again, and make frequent stops on the clock at his personal residence?

The upstairs resident of 568 threw out all of this trash when it was convenient for him, not courteous to anyone else. Trash night is not until tomorrow night!

There are a few sets of sneakers dangling from overhead wires on this block.

I have reported this electrical issue in the past. However the official who inspected thought nothing was wrong. I've attached a picture of what is wrong with a red circle around the actual issue. That device in the circle is called a "point of attachment". It threads into the building and is supposed to hold the weight of the cable. This point of attachment has pulled away from the building, and the weight of the cable is being held by the conductors and the connections, not the point of attachment. I hope this helps clarify the issue.

Excessive garbage on side of building. Neighbor had bedbugs. There is a mattress there. This is a serious health hazard.

There is a gaping hole in the soffit of this house on the south side of the building. It appears if squirrels may be entering the building via this hole

This house has been vacant for a long long time. Is this vehicle on the vacant property list?

Major work being done inside of this property with no permits displayed on window. It looks like the entire bathroom is gutted. You can see a toilet bowl, bath vanity, and a pile of construction debris inside the house. How do we know the work being done is up to Albany's standards and safe?

The only time this year that this lawn was mowed was by the City of Albany Department of General Services last month! Whoever owns this property is neglecting it 100%

I hate to be a pain but I reported this problem on June 19, almost an entire month ago. The weeds are now almost 58" tall all around this house.

The side of 591 Washington has tons of trash on it. This trash is visible from the street.

The main electrical cable coming into this building is so deteriorated that you can see the metal wire! The house has aluminum siding all over it. I have read online that this can be a serious fire hazard!

Large graffiti on the front porch of this house facing the street. This looks terrible.

I watched this individual pull up to 57 S. Main Ave and park his Albany Parking Enforcement vehicle in front of his own house (or a friend's house... not sure). He decided to park right in front of the house he was entering despite the "No Standing" sign. Apparently the individual couldn't find the energy to pull up one more spot further (about 12 feet) where it was a legal AND wide open spot. Heck, it was a wide open street! He was inside the house for quite some time. Then I watched him come out of the house and sit behind the wheel playing with his phone. The entire time the street was wide open. I find it ironic that his job is to enforce the city's parking rules, yet he can't even follow them himself when he is on his lunch break. He must be above the law when he's on lunch. It must be a nice perk to use city tax-payer resources to drive to his home. One reason I am posting this is our neighborhood has been getting parking tickets for blocking our own driveways on alternate side of the street evenings. I don't even see the logic in this, but if rules are rules, then take a good look at this picture and let's have a conversation about rules. This occurred 11/7/2014 around noon.
