1436 Bay street-home recently sold end of January. New owner making repairs when house has already been tagged for work permits. On 5/30-6/1 new owner painting over lead based exterior columns on front entry, installed newer wood door that looks improper, cementing front steps to already tagged former noted issues where cement bricks were covered by wood planks and now newly cemented over. New security screen door was put up where there is a 5 inch gap from bottom of screen door to actual door pane. New owner also seen hammering and nailing into old aspestos based tiles on exterior. House is tagged for permits on exterior and lists former owners names requesting permits before any work is performed but new owner ignoring signs posted on house. Definitely a concern for all neighbors, city needs to come out and inspect recent changes.
