Bank owned. They couldn't get onto the property because someone was squatting in it since November, claiming to have a lease and wouldn't let them near it. The court issued a writ of eviction on 5/22. Hopefully the bank will be able to get it cleaned up again soon.

A letter was sent to the Bank o May 30, 2014 and they have seven days to cut the grass. If it is not done the City will have a contractor cut the grass the bill will be applied to their tax bill.
