Description

The dog at this address I believe is a Rottweiler mix. This dog was witnessed following a resident that was walking at night on 2/23 heading South on Wildwood Ave. The dog was aggressively barking at the individual and getting way to close to the individual where the person feared that the dog was going to attack them. The individual scared the dog off. I believe this dog belongs to the owners at this address.
This needs to be investigated immediately by Animal Control to prevent possible future attacks.
Also, I do not believe the dog was secured on the property properly or has adequete shelter.
