Safe to assume Youngman/Ullmam are involved in some way with both properties? That would explain the "leasing" arrangements then. Just use caution when walking by this building as to not get yourself harmed until the "tenants" get evicted if that's even possible since its not a residential building.

OD going on now while the rest of the inhabitants scramble as the NHPD try to make sense of the situation.

Not much can be done legally according to PD since the property manager gave the people the keys to rent an uninhabitable dwelling without running water or electricity. Just be cautious if walking by especially at night when there seems to be excessive activity.

Re-opening this to see if LCI can get involved, as you cannot rent a residence to someone with no running water or electricity. LCI, will you please investigate?

Sounds like a bit of a building mixup going on here. There's the barn man who uses the building in the back to store items and often has his daughters / grandchildren working with him. But the original poster said there was older man younger girls going in and out if the building NEXT to the bridge. Probably ment the building BEHIND the building next to the bridge. If that's the case it sounds like it's just the barn man who uses (not lives in) the building. And as long as he's there he chases off any bad indented crowd. If he wasn't there things would be a lot worse in that lot. Dragon point owns all the buildings.

This is not the barn man who is using this building and it is not the building in back. Something should be done before a tragedy happens. Can the alderwomen do something?

Nope, you have the wrong building. Pulling into the driveway it's the blue-ish concrete building on the immediate left closest to the bridge and street. Not the tag sale building on the right or the building in back with the big garage door. Rich is an asset to the neighborhood so there is no confusion to who or what we are talking about. We are speaking of the building on the left closest to the bridge on street. My neighbor got approached by these "tenants" yesterday and they said the guy in the grey Dodge pick up rents it to them for $40/week, "not bad for water front property huh?" They said. There's enough buzz going around the neighborhood that will hopefully get them relocated into an appropriate shelter where they can get help. But at some point this irresponsible property management behavior has to come to an abrupt end. Yesterday a junkie was on the sidewalk flipping around like a fish outta water while the girls (20-ish) and older guy were dousing him with water before NHPD & ambulance arrived.

The building "rental" property in question is the blue-ish concrete building on the street closest to the bridge. The pinpoint on the SCF map is off a bit. All this activity on SCF will hopefully scare them outta there or scare the person who gave them the keys to live in the building the common sense to move them. But the bigger question is why are the property owners allowed to rent a vacant property with no running water or electricity, never mind the integrity of the "dwellers" that are in the abandoned building or the activities and decay they bring to the neighborhood. That's if the property owners are aware that this "lease" even transpired.
