Opis
The trash cans in the playground are never emptied causing trash to overflow. This park needs to be cleaned regularly. Community members have been trying to manage/clean the graffitti. The trash needs to be regularly taken out of the bins. Additional bins would be helpful also.

We also need bins OUTSIDE the fenced in playground. When the fence was put up during the Troup renovation, bins which had previously been on the street were enclosed. The large field adjoining the playground has a completely uselss bin that needs to be put back out on the street.
I believe the Parks Dept. has responsibility for this.
