There are many problems with the Black Olive tree roots lifting sidewalk slabs in this area. This location was ground slab even one time already. This is an interesting issue for the city and the homeowner.
Why is it taking so long to address this issue? It is a safety hazard. The sidewalk slab was already ground down last year and it has been lifted another 1" to 1" 1/2 since then. At least come out and make a visual, place a cone or identify the hazard for pedestrians.
The attorneys in their adds are advocating liability on the owners, associations and municipalities about trip and fall? This is an absolute must fix! Hello Environmental Services Div! It was sent to you over a year ago. It is still growing.
