Piles of leaves and yard debris. These have been on the street for MONTHS!!!! The storm drains are clogged on the streets. Every time it rains now we get water in our basement and that didn't happen prior to the streets not being cleaned. What do I pay taxes for anyway? City doesn't fix anything!
