Why does the City continue to allow a non-licensed, non-tax paying business owner to squat on City owned property and sell items out of a tub with a cinder block table? This is an eyesore and total insult to all of the legit business owners that pay taxes and have legit businesses. This is a squatters business and the City continues to allow it. Perhaps the rest of us that pay taxes should be exempt like this man is allowed to do year after year. It has nothing to do with race, simply from a fiscal/neighborhood standpoint.
