Deskripsyon

I am a homeowner at 123 Seeley Avenue. Recently, we received a notice from our Homeowner's Insurance that they would drop us if we did not fix the sidewalk in front of our house. The sidewalk (as you can see in the picture I have uploaded) has been lifted by the roots of the tree. I would like to know what can be done on the town's end so that we can go forth with fixing our sidewalk. Thanks.
