I'm the property manager and discovered that the 2nd Floor Tenants have 3-4 dogs and breeding practices in the apartment. They keep the dogs on the terrace and when the dogs poop or pee, they sweep it downstairs to the gutters. This disgusting practice has caused clogged drains and water filtration into the house. There is no Dogs allowed in the apartment, as per the lease
