Thx for posting. I used to see car-to-car dealing on 1st Ave, but haven't witnessed it in a couple yrs. I did, however, see a man on foot in a hoodie around 11pm one wkend night a few months ago pass something to a car that stopped briefly on Hemingway near Rosewood, but I was too far away to get plate # or any real description.

It appears this area of New Haven is becoming increasingly popular for drug dealers and other criminals. Probably due to the low police presence.
