582 East street - abandoned and unsecured house. Called property management company over 2 weeks ago and told them that windows were broken and people were getting into the building. Have not heard back from them as promised. Nothing has been done to secure building.

F. Is the problem blight (trash, etc) outside, or is it a problem with the building (illegal use, housing code violation, etc)?

I don't see any liens or foreclosure proceedings, on the property. She probably just sucked the rents out of the place and took off. No one is going to do anything to that building, without getting paid. Property Management Company? LOL.
