    582 East street - abandoned and unsecured house. Called property management company over 2 weeks ago and told them that windows were broken and people were getting into the building. Have not heard back from them as promised. Nothing has been done to secure building.

    DOT has been working on I91 southbound for over two hours. Any idea what they're doing? It's very annoying and a warning would have been nice. Is there any way for DOT to give people a heads up when working at odd hours.

    This sign was not only illegally posted on the tree between 603/605 East Street it was SCREWED into the tree. Why is this company allowed to do this? Can they be fined?

    Illegal trash from the market at 607 East Street has been on the curb for 3 days. Public works did not pick it up as it is construction debris and recycling that is obviously from the store. Based on prior actions of the store all of this garbage will now just sit here. They have a trash dumpster (no recycling dumpster) but don't use it as they don't want to pay for garbage removal.

    I have repeatedly caught young men urinating on my property and been threatened by then when I tell them to leave. The police have been called and have responded appropriately, but they have much more serious issues to deal with. The young men are patrons of Gloria's Market at 607 East Street. I have spoken with the store owner, he has also been verbally abusive and he said it's not his problem. Is there anything that can be done?

    The driveway at 603 East Street is continually being blocked by people stopping off at the Subway or Gloria's Market. Several times a week I can't get in or out of the driveway and it's only going to get worse once the snow starts making parking even more difficult. I have been yelled at and threatened for asking people to move their car out of the driveway I pay taxes on. The Police have more important things to manage than a traffic issue. What can be done?

    The killer pot holes are back on Farnum Drive between Hamden and New Haven. There are two that are especially bad on the lane heading towards New Haven. These are the same two that appeared over the winter. The patches have disappeared. Please fix before someone loses an axel or a bicyclist disappears.

    There are two couches and a mattress blocking the sidewalk on Lawrence St at the corner of Nash.

    The porch at 605 East Street has become a hangout for young adults to drink beer, smoke blunts, and be loud and disruptive. The police have been called numerous time but response time averages six hours. This is very disturbing to neighbors and may or may not be linked to the break-ins in the neighborhood lately.

    The dumpster between 607 and 605 East Street was emptied this morning at 12:04 a.m. by Latella. I watched them dump the dumpster and then move it back with their sticker on the side facing me.

    There is no excuse for waking up the neighborhood to empty this dumpster at that hour. This is in direct violation of the trash ordinance.

    Willow & Mitchell Drive New Haven, CT - East Rock
    The button on the crosswalk signal on the school side of Willow Street at the corner of Mitchell Drive doesn't work when it's below freezing. People attempting to cross have to either dodge traffic or wait for someone on the other side of the street to push the button.This is very dangerous as many students use this intersection to get to the schools in the neighborhood.

    On Long Wharf, right at the light getting onto I95 south. There is a large pile of waste (possibly from a porta potty) right in the middle of the road. You have to drive through it to get on the highway. It stinks horribly and really needs to be cleaned up. Tried calling public works but they aren't answering the phone.
