Are you talking about sherman court? that is on the odd side of Sherman Ave. You should call it in immediately when you hear shots fired and not to the non-emergency number either. It should be called in to 911. There are shots fired all the time in this neighborhood, especially on Winthrop near between Chapel and Edgewood.

Hassett is dead wrong not raiding drug and prostitution houses that have been the source of endless complaints going on years now. it is obvious in the way they openly do business that they know they are immune. He has created and protected his own unofficial red light district without getting the approval of or informing the families and people living here. \

The police served what was apparently a pretty serious warrant near this address about a week ago. In the last few months, it has been quite quiet there. Not sure if the residents in question have moved on or what, but increased police presence seems to be working.

Barring a future flareup of activity, I'm marking this closed.
