Blue toters with non-recyclables on curbside for tomorrows pick up. Public works will AGAIN not pick up. The landlord is consistently unresponsive, my neighbors and I have cleaned this up and sorted their recyclables from garbage before and have spoken with the tenants. The tenants must be addressed by a City official ... THEY need to face action for being non-compliant. Perhaps the Health Department can be called in. But SOMETHING needs to be done before the neighborhood is overrun with rats ... which have been seen at this address, along with possums, raccoons, and the neighborhood feral cats.
