    Neighbor hung basketball hoop in property line across from front door of adjacent home (less than two feet from door) and the basketball is constantly in neighbors yard along with kids and noise.

    I live on Burckhalter Avenue in the Millmont Area. My street is bordered by the 580 freeway and there is no barrier to keep the extensive amount of car exhaust and fumes along with it being a high traveled corridor. THERE IS NO BARRIER FROM SEMINARY AVENUE TO EDWARDS AVENUES. There have been several instances of cars careening off of 580 freeway into the backyards/ homes of residents. When traveling down 580 freeway there are clear barriers for all of the neighbors before and after our neighborhood. This barrier Is desperately needed to help protect our residents and school that are adjacent to this huge source of air and noise pollution.

    Someone dumped a totally trashed black Infiniti FX 35 at the EBMUD reservoir with CA license plate number 6TYF054. The car battery was still working and it was chimming inside the car. I will try and attach a pic.

    Our block has experienced an increase in burgularies within the last 2-3 weeks. My vehicle was ransacked while parked in my driveway, my neighbor across the street back door was kicked-in and valuables stolen from his home,and another neighbor's mail was stolen. I filed a police report on-line with OPD. I haven't had an opprotunity to speak with the neighbor across the street yet. I'm requesting the beat officer make a few passes in the area. I don't remember when I saw a patrol car pass by.

    There is a crew working on a water valve at the corner of 39th Avenue and Bayo Street and they dug up the road on 39th Avenue above Bayo Street and resurfaced the road and caused a huge sinkhole. Please fill in the sinkhole.
